Programming with the e-viaris app

eViaris App configuration

  1. Download the eViaris app from the iPhone app store or Google play. 
  2. Create an account using your email and choose a password. If you would like us to remotely help you then please email your account login details to sales@chargerstations.com.au

For your own security reasons please choose a generic password and not something you would use on any other account if you would like us to remotely program the charger

  1. Once you have successfully logged in press the + symbol at the bottom of your screen and follow the instructions on screen which are repeated below
  2. The charger will broadcast its own WIFI network for calibration. Connect to this network (it will be something like ORB_EVVC123456789) with your device, The WIFI Password is 12345678
  3. Choose the network you would like the charger to connect to and enter your network password
  4. Once complete the app will ask you to disconnect from the chargers WIFI and reconnect to your own internet connection
  5. The app should say successfully linked
  6. Once complete close the app, shut it the app completely and restart it
  7. Log in to your Orbis account and the charger should be now visible.
  8. Click on your charger that is shown, it will most likely prompt that a firmware update is available so allow this update. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to 20 minutes, the charger will flash a white light whilst updating and will restart itself once complete.
  9. Once the update has completed and the charger has restarted and re connected to the internet (you can tell by a solid Wi-Fi symbol on front of charger)
  10. Log back into the app, go to the settings tab (a small gear at the top right of screen)
  11. In here you should set the time and date to automatic or choose your correct time zone. Click save.
  12. Scroll down to ‘Installation’ and switch on power modulator. Enter the power you have available at your house. Common supply sizes are below.
  13. Select main meter as TMC100 or if you have the solar awareness addition then select Solar Contax for the main meter.
  14. Click save and you’re now setup. If you have the solar awareness kit refer to the solar configuration page for the next steps.

Single Phase:

63 amp single phase supply is 14,490 watts

50 amp single phase supply is 11,500 watts

40 amp single phase supply is 9,200 watts

32 amp single phase supply is 7,360 watts

 

Three Phase:

63 amp Three phase supply is 43,650 watts

50 amp Three phase supply is 34,650 watts

40 amp Three phase supply is 27,700 watts

32 amp Three phase supply is 22,000 watts
